to real estate. For example, should you renovate before selling?
This can be determined empirically through cost-based analysis:
if the value you add to a property by painting it is greater than the cost of painting, then you paint it.
And, if my client is too busy to undertake this, I manage it for them. That is my job, that is real estate, helping my clients
achieve better outcomes.
